We would like to invite you to apply to take part in an online training programme on minority rights, freedom of religion, regional and international mechanism for the protection of human rights, and advocacy strategies.
The course is open to all applicants from the Middle East and North Africa region. Qualified women, members of religious minority groups, and nationals of Egypt, Iraq, Lebanon, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia and Yemen are particularly encouraged to apply. The course can be followed in Arabic or English.
The deadline for applications for the first session is 1 February. The training will run from February to April. Late applicants will be considered for future sessions. Selected participants are then eligible to take part in further training and networking activities, regionally, and at the UN level in Geneva.

Applicants should be staff of human rights NGOs, journalists, or activists for religious minority rights in their country or region.

The course is organised by Minority Rights Group International, an international human rights NGO based in London. It is free of charge.
