Need inspiration? This is the kind of resource we’re hoping to develop. See especially the Table of Contents for topic ideas.
The Vision
Increasingly, communities are being politically polarized and many leaders are struggling to find the appropriate tools to sustain meaningful dialogue on issues regarding racism, violence, and poverty. The CCMW Field Guide for Youth-Led Community Building will be an online resource for youth-led projects across Canada and beyond with tips and tools to facilitate discussions and workshops on topics related to community building.
The Field Guide will be co-designed and developed by a team of CCMW staff and youth from across Canada. Selected youth will learn about curriculum design, workshop facilitating, and community building.
